1889 – 1898
Reconstruction of the Fialovský Mill
Reconstruction of the Fialovský mlyn into the Vilma villa (today the VILMA pavilion). It subsequently served as seasonal summer accommodation for guests.
1918 - 1939
Restaurant at Villa Vilma
Restaurant in Villa Vilma run by Mr. Prokš. Meeting of Modranská cream and the rebirth of Harmony as a social center.
1939 – 1945
construction of the hotel eva
Hotel Eva (today the EVA Pavilion) built. Resort used for recreation for state institutions and trade unions.
1945 – 2015
national school
Today's pavilions have served a wide range of uses, such as a national school, workers' dormitories, training centers, or an orphanage.
January 2016
major renovation of the premises
The first stage of the major renovation of the area under the leadership of Ing. Arch. Juraj Zornička (Boutique Hotel pod Lipou****) has been completed. The new AVANA pavilion has been built.
May 2016
Art symposium
Art symposium led by sculptor Juraj Čutek - a unique children's area Kon-Tiki was created, inspired by Thor Heyerdahl, with contributions from nine artists to make the hotel and its area more comfortable.
2019
New eva pavilion
Second stage completed. Newly built EVA pavilion – preserving the facade architecture, adding a congress hall for 200 people, wellness and fitness center.
Ecology
and sustainability
Hotel pod Lipou RESORT**** places great emphasis on nature protection and energy saving, making it an ecological and green building. It uses the most modern environmentally friendly technologies, including a heating and cooling system using heat pumps with medium from ground wells.
It has an A1 energy rating and solar panels on the roof. Room thermostats are linked to the reservation system and automatically activate energy-saving mode when guests are not in the rooms, reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.
